Synchronize a Photo with a Domino Directory Person Document

The ability to synchronize a user's photo from another Lotus Notes application to the corresponding Person document in the Domino Directory. Providing native support for this functionality would eliminate the need for custom development and manual updates, making it easier to maintain consistent user profile photos across applications and simplifying directory administration.

    I think the responsibility to provide this kind of sync functionality would be for the 3rd party application.
    Only the provider of the application that contains the photos would know which document, which field, and in which format the photo is stored in.

    So I'm sorry but I have to reject this idea.
