Database selection menu in iNotes

In iNotes, we want to display a selection menu for an authenticated user to choose which database to open. We want to give an option for user to choose if user wants to open mailfile or any app DB.

    PS: You can dov that yourself with a customization of the iNotes login form in domcfg.nsf. This contains the logic for looking up the user's home mailfile and compose a URL to redirect the user.

    No plans to improve or change the functionality of iNotes, please use Verse instead
