Mailrouter Failover configuration

Description on Mailrouter Failover configuration:

1) We have different Domino mail servers based Geo/locations

CountryA Mail Servers:

i) LDCAMail01

ii) LDCOAMail01

CountryB Mail Servers:

i) LDCBMail01

CountryC Mail Server:

i) LDCCMail01

2) We have 2 Domino smtp servers to route smtp mails outside the domain and these two smtp servers are located to different locations for Geo redundancy.

i) MAILHUB1 (CountryAA)

ii) MAILHUB2 (CountryBB)

3) On all the mail servers We have created 2 connection documents for both smtp server. One connection document have routing cost 1 and another one have routing cost 2.

We are aware of if we add semi-colon then it will work as failover.

Our requirements:

We are looking for a configuration where HUB2 server should have higher priority for CountryA Mail Servers and HUB1 server have less priority. On the other hand, HUB1 server should be higher priority for other Geo (CountryB and CountryC) mail server and in this case HUB2 server should have less priority.
