Add reader name security to mail journaling

right now mail journaling supports only encryption as a mean to secure content on mail journaling.

It would be useful to have emails journaled with reader names (for people involved) plus some specific [roles].

With roles we could give access to specific person or group of people to search all emails, and end users could search for emails they are involved autonomously ...

I think this could get rid of archiving emails off users mailfiles.

    Mail Journaling was not intended to replace archiving of user data in mail files. It is not supposed to be a large archive that just contains all emails for all users. Rejecting this idea because mail journaling is an audit/admin feature for compliance reasons
