Control the large size of the COMPACT_FILTER log information

When you enable Compact_Filter=dbnames.nsf; dbnames2.nsf, you'll see all the additional messages indicating that the database is not present in the ini parameter 'Compact_filter' for all the rest of the databases:

Request a feature to turn off excessive logging generated on log.nsf and console.log.
