Separate Template for Mail in Databases in Domino

Customer is using OpenNTF DominoTeamMailbox template from the below site.

As these templates are old and does not have a modern look and feel in design, customer would like to have a separate template for Mail-in-Databases having below features.

- modern new design
- swift option
- text / rtf / html possibility
- notify option like open ntf
- auto reply option like open ntf
- mailbox title
- internet email address setting
- mailbox title and User
- option of categories
- Add text to resubmission
- integration of calendar for Team
- Assigning a User who has taken the task and has finished.
- signature integration
- function like open ntf - who has sent and add it to the sent header
- setting access right like open ntf (also block that not group user can change access level)

- Should also include the support for different Languages like Mail Templates have for German, French, etc.
