The document below assumes the user is signed in and can select the reset Nomad or logout option. This is not the situation for all users.

If the new user is stuck in the login page and the other user did not reset Nomad, the login page will only present an option to enter the password for the ‘other’ user. Clearing the user’s cache and restarting the browser don't work. Each time you access the website, the system merely asked the new user to enter the password for the other user. The Admins can enter the other user’s password. However, if it wasn't the admin, the new user would not have had this option.
Aside from setting the ini resetNomadInstance=1, having the following button or option will make it easier for end users to get around the login page where they don't need to sign in to the other user's account to reset Nomad.

This screen needs a button to clear the user information and allow another user to sign in.
