The introduction of @ResolutionWidth and @ResolutionHeight allow applications to determine the available screen dimensions at runtime and adapt their UI accordingly. Portrait and landscape orientation can also be derived by comparing the width and height values. For example, if the width is greater than the height, the device is in landscape mode; otherwise it is in portrait mode.
