Web Password Reset -> Activate immediately

When you change a domino web password than it becomes active within the next 10 minutes possibly due to caching. For self services this is not sufficient and - by the way - not state of the art.

If I change my password than I immediately want to log in with this new password, not "some near times in the future"

    Example, a compromised account old password need to delete from cache instantly.

    Let me add, that the old password must be immediately deleted from cache.
