"Method not available for data greater than 32k" error while inserting the data more than 32KB

To describe about this issue more , use below steps :

1. Create a button in a doc or a form using the below code and save the form.

Dim ws As NotesUIWorkspace
Dim docThis As NotesDocument
Dim anArray(3500) As String
Dim index As Integer

Set ws = New NotesUIWorkspace

' Set doc to current uidoc.document
Set docThis = ws.CurrentDocument.Document

docThis.NewField = anArray

2. Open in edit mode ... push the button twice it generates "Method not available for data greater than 32k" error

Workaround used to solve this issue is:
Run load compact -ls on database.nsf
