Used Restyle today on a relatively small, simple application and had some undesirable results.
Restyle enabled the "Show twisties" property on all embedded views. Putting to one side the twisties were not required or wanted, it also resulted in some outline entry labels no longer displaying fully because the frame was not wide enough.
The style property of date/time fields had been changed from "native" to "OS control". Again this was not required or wanted. Even worse, because the field widths were not adjusted when changing the style, the existing values (be them a date, a time, or a combined date-time) don't display properly (field control is not wide enough to display the full value).
I fear that mandating changes like the above will result in Restyle becoming less useful. Not everyone likes OS control styled fields. Not everyone wants "twisties" re-enabled where they have been disabled, etc. Running the latest version now has the potential to cause a load of manual re-work to undo things like the above.
Please enhance/fix Restyle so changes like the ones above are optional (selected when running Restyle) and not mandatory.
