Extend the delete a person from the NAB option

Deleting a user, as it is today, has not changed much in well over 15 years.

I'd like to see the following added to the window:
1) Select a backup names.nsf to copy the person record so we can bring them back, if it was an automated mistake or they get rehired(seasonal workers).
2) Send an email to the admin or a defined mailin db for compliance and to help automate servicenow/helpdesk application tickets to close.
3) option to add a prefix to the mail file(or user name) when keeping it so admins know which ones to remove after XXX days or to ignore for backups.
