Add ability to change when to rollover journal DB

The Journal DB is rolled over at 00:00 daily. And there is no option to change the timing. I want to schedule other tasks and agents, so I don't want to roll over at 00:00. Please add a feature to customize the timing of rollover.

Email retrieved via POP should display the date the message was received by the server, not the date it was POP'd

Limit users mail usage per day

This will allow administrator to set mail limit send by user per day. It will enable the server to optimized the resources in terms of daily usage.

Give the option to store auth cookies in session storage instead
